How we work
Vida Vie Concierge is a one stop shop designed to provide companies, busy professionals and families with an array of services. These include errand service, personal shopping, travel assistance, relocations services, meeting and event planning and our business referral service.
Vida Vie concierge will do everything on your ‘to-do’ list for a reasonable hourly rate purchased via one of our packages. In addition to errand and concierge services you are more than welcome to access our Business Referral List and obtain a referral for virtually anything from photographers, housekeeping and cleaning professionals, well-being services to moving and storage companies.

Set up personal profile
We will require a completed 'Client Application form' which will help us understand your personal preferences, and ensure we have access where needed.
Start submitting service requests
Simply text us your service request via our app, e-chat, email or phone. Some requests will be more involved and require a quick call to discuss.
Agreement of Services
Once we understand know how we can best serve you we will recommend the best hourly package to purchase and your preferred payment option for reimbursement of errands and purchases. A 'Services Contract" will be emailed for signature.

You will receive a text invite to download our Vida Vie Concierge’ app where you can purchase your hourly package, start submitting service requests and check your balance.
